As Industry 4.0 continues to reshape the global workforce through technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Data Analytics, IoT, and automation, the demand for skilled digital talent is growing rapidly. At the same time, many graduates face challenges in securing employment due to gaps between academic learning and industry requirements, particularly in Tier 2 and Tier 3 regions.
To address this need, ICT Academy, in partnership with Salcomp, is implementing the Youth Tech-Excellence Program to empower higher education students with future-ready technology skills. The project will train engineering students across India through an industry-aligned curriculum focused on AI, RPA, and Data Analytics, equipping them with the technical competencies and practical experience required for emerging digital careers.
Students will be trained in any one of the following courses, along with soft skills.
Final-year students enrolled in engineering institutions, belonging to underprivileged communities and meeting any one of the criteria listed below.
