Youth Empowerment Program

About the Program

Advanced IT skills are crucial for academic and career success. Over 80% of middle-skill jobs require digital expertise, with high demand for roles like data analysts, data scientists and RPA developers. These skills enhance problem-solving, critical thinking, and innovation. Mastery of AI, automation, and data analytics helps young professionals drive technological advancements. Investing in IT skill development boosts employability, economic growth, and social mobility, preparing youth for leadership in the digital era.

To create an employable talent pool and boost employment in India, ICT Academy in association with Rockwell Automation organises the Youth Empowerment Program. The initiative aims to train underprivileged students in engineering, arts, and science institutions on employability skills in the IT industry. ICT Academy will establish a Centre of Excellence in institutions to train final-year students (Graduating in 2026) in Chennai, Pune, Bengaluru and Delhi NCR. ICT Academy will facilitate placements for the certified beneficiaries after the completion of the program, which will create more employment for underprivileged students.
