Aruna Devi T has more than 25 + years of rich experience in the Finance and accounts domain spanning across the verticals. She has strong expertise in financial planning and control, Financial Analysis, Audit & Compliance, Reporting & MIS.

Suresh Babu L currently serves as the Associate Vice President – Corporate Initiatives at ICT Academy, boasting an impressive career spanning over two decades in the education industry. His role reflects a passionate management professional deeply committed to the field. With extensive experience, Mr. Babu has cultivated expertise across various dimensions of education and skilling.

In his current capacity, he plays a key role in facilitating collaborations between corporate entities and ICT Academy. His primary focus centers around advocating for ICT Academy's skilling initiatives, crafting innovative models, and leading projects aimed at empowering youth through CSR endeavors. B. Raghava Srinivasan is the Associate Vice President - New Initiatives, responsible for spearheading the partnerships in ESDM, AVGC, Smart Manufacturing & Life Sciences domain. His responsibility includes, coordinating with the industries and Institutions to identify the needs and formulating strategies to fulfil the requirement of the industry.

He works with Central Government agencies and Corporates on identifying, acquiring and managing large projects, in the area of faculty empowerment and skills development activities.

Raghav is a member of various policy making committees and forums of the Government, where he contributes his time and knowledge towards nation building initiatives. Raghav comes from a strong academic alliances background on working with various prestigious skill development organizations in the last 25 years.

Saravanan G is a seasoned professional serving as the Academic Operations and Partners Engagement at ICT Academy. In this capacity, he orchestrates the seamless functioning of academic operations, also spearheading Industry alliances with key partners. His multifaceted role entails optimizing academic processes, nurturing collaborative relationships, and driving initiatives that enhance educational outcomes.

With a rich academic background, Saravanan holds a Post Graduate degree in Management coupled with over 20 years of hands-on experience in the education sector. His tenure in academia has honed his skills in operational efficiency and strategic planning, making him a proficient leader in managing academic and partner alliances.

Dr. G Narendra is the Head – Research Publications, Content Development & Quality Assurance of ICT Academy. With more than 20 years of experience in the Education, Training, and Scientific Publication industry, he oversees the knowledge division of the ICT Academy, which includes the publication of internationally renowned Scientific Research Journals and Edutech Magazine. He plays a pivotal role in shaping the organization's content strategy, driving engagement, and achieving business objectives through compelling and impactful content. He oversees the development and implementation of quality standards, processes and procedures to ensure that products, services, and processes meet or exceed customer expectations and regulatory requirements thus driving continuous improvement, identifying areas for enhancement, and fostering a culture of quality excellence across the organization.

He works closely with the policy-making bodies such as AICTE, UGC, Sector Skill Councils and other accrediting bodies on the ICT Academy Courses. A strategic planner with strong leadership skills, understanding of Higher Education, Research Publications, Training and Education verticals, Narendra is known for his laser focus in supporting the academic ecosystem around ICT Academy Member institutions and the projects, with a higher focus on developing talent for industry.

G Venkatesh is Head - Training in ICT Academy. He works closely with the Academic ecosystem around ICT Academy Member institutions through various initiatives thereby benefitting the faculty members and students such as Faculty Development, Training Programs, Skill Development Initiatives, Research, Industry-Institute Interaction, Nurturing Innovation etc. Venkatesh works closely with both Industry and Academia in bridging the skill gap through various initiatives.

Venkatesh is also responsible for the implementation of the largest Government projects and CSR Programs. He plays a pivotal role in implementing projects in the areas of Skill Development, Faculty Development, Digital Empowerment and Entrepreneurship Development. He is responsible for the entire project management life cycle including Project acquisition, planning, budgeting and implementation which involves trainers’ management, content management, student acquisition, course delivery and post training activities.

Venkatesh is a postgraduate in Computer Applications and Business Administration and has 2 decades of experience in the Training and IT Education industry.

Akila Madhavi C M is the Assistant Genaral Manager - Technology at ICT Academy. She is responsible for website creation, Application development and LMS administration. She leads and manages various online portals of the ICT Academy which are widely used nationwide by Academia, Students, and Industry.

Akila Madhavi excels in delivering successful projects by effectively coordinating with cross-functional teams and leveraging technical acumen to drive innovation and efficiency.She Manages a team of Programmers, Database and LMS administrators.

Akila Madhavi is a B.Tech graduate in Information Technology with more than 15 years of hands-on experience across the entire spectrum of the project development lifecycle.
