About the Partnership

The adoption of Industry 4.0 by Indian industries is beginning to reshape employability requirements across various sectors. Disruptive technologies such as Automation and Artificial Intelligence may replace certain low-skilled roles, but they also create far greater opportunities for those who are prepared. In this new landscape, the ability to work with data and make data-driven decisions will be a critical skill for the jobs of the future. Employees must upskill or reskill, while fresh graduates are expected to be equipped with expertise in emerging technology if they wish to pursue rewarding careers.

To ensure that women students are active participants in this transformation, dedicated initiatives must be implemented to provide them with access to training in emerging technologies, mentorship, and career readiness programs. By equipping women with future-ready skills, such initiatives not only strengthen their employability but also foster greater diversity and inclusion in the workforce of the future.

Empowering Women Through Technology: Student Testimonial (2025–2026)

I am Sathi Chaitanya Sai Durga, a B. Tech (CSE) student from Pragati Engineering College, Surampalem, Andhra Pradesh. Coming from a small farming family, where our annual income depends on uncertain rainfall, pursuing higher education was never easy. As the first graduate in my family, I always carried the responsibility of creating a better future for us. Joining the Certificate Course on Cloud under the Tech4All initiative by ICT Academy, in partnership with Cognizant Foundation, was a turning point in my life. The training gave me hands-on experience with AWS services like EC2, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, and VPC. For the first time, I was able to understand how real-world cloud systems work and gained the confidence to apply my knowledge practically. The program was not just about technical learning. The soft skills sessions helped me improve my communication, presentation, and interview skills. Activities like mock interviews, group discussions, and resume building made me more confident and job-ready. With the support and guidance I received, I was able to secure a placement at HCLTech with a CTC of ₹4.5 LPA. This achievement means a lot to my family and me, as it brings financial stability and hope for a better future. I sincerely thank Cognizant Foundation and ICT Academy for giving students like me this opportunity. Tech4All has truly transformed my confidence, skills, and career path.
