About the Program

The Youth Empowerment Program, an initiative by Atos Foundation in collaboration with ICT Academy, is designed to enhance student employability through industry-aligned skill development. The program equips Arts, Science, and Engineering students with job-ready skills in high-demand sectors such as IT, BFSI, Retail, E-commerce, Logistics, and KPO, enabling them to build successful careers in the digital economy.

Selection Criteria

Students who are +2 passed with no ATKT, Final year/Graduates pursuing any stream - B. Com, B.A, B.Sc. and/or Master's degree (No ATKT) from underprivileged communities under any one criterion mentioned below.

Student with a family income less than INR 4.5 lakhs per annum
Students with single parents
Physically challenged students
Student supported by a guardian
First-generation graduates

Expression of interest for institutional partnership

Higher Education Institutions across India can partner in this initiative. This training program will be fully sponsored under the CSR initiative of the Atos Foundation and will be implemented by the ICT Academy.
