To address this, ICT Academy in partnership with IBM, organises the IBM SkillsBuild in Advanced IT Skills under IBM’s SkillsBuild framework. Students of engineering, arts & science, polytechnic and ITI institutions on AI and cybersecurity skills. With IBM’s curriculum and hands-on learning, the initiative aims to equip students with industry-relevant expertise, preparing them for a technology-driven future and strengthening India's digital workforce.

Selection Criteria

Final Year Students, especially women from underprivileged communities under any one criterion mentioned below

Students with a family income of less than INR 3.5 lakhs per annum
Students with single parent
Student supported by a guardian.
First-generation graduates

ICT Academy was started to meet the skill requirements of the industry and generate more employment, especially in tier 2 and 3 towns, the rural parts of the country.
