Women empowerment and gender equality are the wheels that drive global progress. No society can make a progress unless its women have equal access to opportunities and an equal voice in the workforce. Considering this, ICT Academy in association with DXC Technology is organizing the “Women Empowerment Summit 2021”. The theme of the summit is ‘Women Driving Change’, with a special focus on women students of higher education institutions across India.
The summit focuses on empowering women students by guiding them with the right skills set, attitude, and plan of action for a successful career. This virtual summit will bring together women leaders, women policymakers, and women achievers to address 10,000 women students from 100+ engineering colleges across India. The speakers will share their inspiring journeys with participants on overcoming challenges in society, work environment, and personal lives.
