  • Registration Opens for colleges and universities to register & nominate their members.
  • The deadline for registration closes, and no further registrations are accepted beyond this point.
  • Learning Phase

  • Registered participants gain access to learning materials related to pre-requirements. These materials cover essential concepts, tutorials, and resources to help participants build their skills.
  • Participants must complete the required 40-hour learning modules to gain proficiency in UiPath Apps. Progress is tracked, sessions will be scheduled and supported virtually, and participants must complete all learning requirements to proceed to the next phase.
  • Quiz

  • Quiz will be conducted to select the Top 20 teams from each region.
  • Teams comprising these top performers are formed, with a maximum of five teams. Each team consists of four student members and one faculty advisor.
  • Ask Me Anything sessions will be held virtually for building apps to support students on their learning journey.
  • Problem Statement Review

  • Once participants have completed the learning requirements, the teams shall review the problem statements, which outline the specific challenge or task that participants are required to address using UiPath Apps.
  • Along with the problem statement, participants receive detailed submission guidelines, including requirements for project documentation, presentation format, and submission deadlines
  • Solution Development Phase

  • Teams collaborate to brainstorm ideas, develop solutions, and build projects that address the problem statement using UiPath Apps.
