Core skills like the ability to learn & adapt, Problem-solving, Effective communication and Teamwork are essential to both the employers’ recruitment and to enhance an individual’s chances of securing a job, retaining employment, and moving flexibly in the labour market as well as engaging in lifelong learning.

As our nation seeks strategies to ensure that all young women get opportunities to enhance their employability and improve the productivity of enterprises, ICT Academy in association with the Tamil Nadu Police Housing Corporation (TNPHC) organises the Employability Skill Training on BFSI, Retail, and IT/ITeS skills for 100 graduating women students.
