About the Project

Technologies like Al, hybrid cloud, analytics, blockchain etc., and others are widely used in leading organizations across industries. While recruiting new hires, one of the biggest challenges faced by IT companies is that the fresher lack the exposure to real-world project. To bridge this gap, the ICT Academy of Tamil Nadu, NASSCOM, TNSDC & IBM Career Education Program have launched the Experiential Learning program under Hon’ble Chief Minister’s ‘Naan Mudhalvan’ scheme. The program provides an opportunity for the students to work on projects based on real-world problems.

The Experiential Learning program is designed to familiarize students and faculties with advanced technologies and develop real-world application knowledge through hands-on experience, improve reflective thinking and teamwork. The program will familiarize the students with industry-standard methodologies like agile and design thinking on a process perspective for technology adoption.
