About The Program

Technology and Digitalisation are taking over the BSFI industry as the Indian government has extended the reach of banks and finance corps even to the country's remote regions. While there would be substantial job opportunities in the BFSI sector, the reality is that the skills needed in tomorrow's BFSI world will be very different from those available today. Increasing digitization, process automation and technology-driven approaches will mean fewer branch-based relationships with customers and more digital interactions
To fill the gap between the huge workforce requirement in the industry and the lack of skilled personnel, ICT Academy in association with Finastra organizes the Student Transformation Program for arts, science, and management institutions. Students will be trained in advanced BFSI skills and soft skills. This training will enable students to focus on career development and learn today's technology trends in the industry
